These machine have a stainless steel structure and, by means of interchangeable moulds, it is possible to obtain different shapes of ravioli. Mould replacemente is simple and quick.
To feed the machine the sheet ca n be produced by presses or rollers. Dough thickness is adjustable. Ravioli can be produced with any type of soft stuffing such as meat, cheese or vegetables. The stuffing quantity can be easily adjusted.
