Our professional Grillvapor gas grills are known for their maximum reliability and ease of maintenance. Cooking is carried out by thermal radiation, using a system in which each unit is equipped with four high-performance burners positioned to heat special stainless steel domes. The domes ensure that the heat is distributed evenly over the cooking surface and that the food does not come into direct contact with the flame at any stage of the process.
In addition, gas grills offer the possibility of cooking very different types of food on the same grill, thanks to the possibility of having interchangeable cooking surfaces.
